The Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) promotes responsible energy choices that create global warming solutions and ensure clean, safe, and healthy communities throughout the Southeast. Over the past 25 years, SACE has become the leading voice for energy reform to protect the quality of life and treasured places in our area. Our regional scope offers a unique ability to integrate a large number of energy and climate-related issues in ways very few organizations are able. During critical times of decision making, SACE serves as a strong defender working to minimize the energy sector’s impact on our environment, natural resources, and public health.

Community Shares is currently accepting applications for new membership into Community Shares. All applications are due by December 31, 2012 and everything should be submitted electronically. One requirement of membership is that the organizations primary purpose is to advocate for systemic social change. Please click here to view the application process.
